The basis of our hair system is an artificial skin that imitates the properties of the human scalp. Our bases vary between 0.03mm-0.06mm thick meaning its see-through. Our systems also allow your skin to breathe and sweat naturally while you are wearing the hair system.
The hair system itself is injected with individual human hairs randomly into this artificial skin, creating the impression that the hair is naturally growing out of your head. Each hair system is unique and customised to fit the exact balding/thinning area on your scalp. It is carefully bonded to your skin, using a water based, pH neutral and toxin-free bond, and can remain in place for up to 7 weeks*.
It becomes a part of you without restricting you in any way and allows you to live your life to the full.
*The average time between install and refit 3-4 weeks and is dependent on your lifestyle and skin/sweat make up.

Yes. Our hair system is only removed during your next appointment at the salon, either for a refit or just before you get your new hair system.

No. Unlike most other hair replacement methods, which are painful and/or have serious side effects, our hair systems do NOT hurt at all. We use medical grade, pH neutral materials that have never caused any allergic reactions and do not pose any risk to your health. We also provide a skin test at your consultation to make extra sure.

You can have almost any hairstyle you want. You can wear your hair long or short, comb it back, spiky, bedhead, it’s up to you. If you have a specific hairstyle in mind, why not get in touch and make an appointment to come and discuss it with us.

Our hair systems are 100% human hair, to make sure you get the best from our hair systems we recommend using certain products to keep the system in tip top condition. All the products we recommend are mild and gentle, without any harsh cleaning agents or alcohol which could dry the the system out and reduce its lifespan.

This depends entirely on your lifestyle and how you style your hair, products like gels and pastes will need to be washed out eventually, but as the hair is not attached to any hair follicles in your head (and therefore not producing any oils) it does not require as much cleaning as regular hair would. However we do suggest you condition your hair with our CHC system conditioner regularly.

This is entirely dependent on your lifestyle and how you look after your hair system after installation. Some clients prefer to change their hair system regularly whilst others can wear the same system for over 6 months at a time. During your consultation, we will discuss your lifestyle, job and what hobbies you enjoy. This will enable us to give you our honest opinion about its longevity. Don’t forget, using our CHC approved products will always mean the hair system will have the best chance at staying in tip-top condition for longer.

Preparing your scalp
When you arrive for your appointment, your stylist will prepare your scalp by washing, conditioning and cleansing. We remove any hair present on the area of installation and prepare your hair so the new hair system blends in seamlessly.
Book a consultation
We want you to be sure a hair system is right for you and your lifestyle. At your consultation, you’ll see a sample hair system and learn about the process from start to finish. If you decide it’s right for you, we’ll book you in for your hair system appointment.

Hair styling
All of our hair systems are 100% human hair and as such can be styled in many different ways. Our stylists are all professionally trained salon stylists, who will be able to accommodate most styling ideas.
Applying the hair system
Next, your stylist applies the hair system to the prepared area of your scalp. We have different adhesion methods, all of which are pH neutral, water based and toxin-free. All of them are completely pain-free.
Your next appointment
Just as with regular haircuts, your new hair system requires a regular refit. We’ll book a date for your regular refit, which includes a full salon haircut, cleaning your scalp, cleaning and conditioning the hair system, and a refit of the system, keeping you looking fresh.
Aftercare
To keep your hair system in tip-top condition, our stylist will recommend which products you should use, such as shampoos, conditioners, leave-in conditioners, oils, and other hair styling products. We’re available at all times to support and guide you through this process.

Consultation
£30 redeemable deposit
Book a consultation to learn more, ask any questions you like, and see sample hair systems.
We take a £30 non-refundable deposit, however this is fully redeemable against a hair replacement system if you decide it is right for you and you would like to go ahead.
As a guide we normally advise that the time between consultation and installation is around 3-4 weeks, but can be longer dependent on level of customisation.
Hair replacement system
From £550
All of our hair systems are bespoke. As a guide, our standard systems are £550 and hybrids are £650. This price includes installation.
If you require a more complex custom hair system (such as longer hair or a non-standard installation area), we’ll be able to give you a cost for this after your consultation.
We offer flexible payment plans to spread the cost of your hair systems over the course of a year, this also includes regular refit sessions too.
Refit session
£75
When you return for your refit, we charge a flat rate of £75. This covers a full haircut of your bio hair, cleansing of your scalp and hair system, and finally refit of the hair system itself.
